We roast every order fresh and ship it with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your coffee gets from our roaster in Canton, Georgia to your doorstep — including how to qualify for free shipping.

Spend $60 or more on any single order and your shipping is on us — automatically. No promo code needed. Free shipping is applied at checkout and covers standard ground shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. Stock up on your favorite roasts, try a new blend, or grab a bag for a friend — $60 gets you there for free.

 

  1.  Order Processing & Roasting Time

Every bag of Confessions Coffee Africa is roasted to order. That means your coffee is not sitting in a warehouse waiting — it is roasted fresh after you place your order, which is why every cup is worth the wait.

 

 

🔥  Roast-to-Order: Please Allow Up to 3 Business Days

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for roasting and preparation before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Delivery estimates below are from the date your order ships — not the date it is placed. Add up to 3 business days for roasting before these windows begin.

  1.  Where We Ship

We ship domestically across the United States — and we have the capability to ship globally. Coffee has no borders, and neither do we.

 

 

🌍  International Orders — Email Us First

Interested in placing an order outside the United States? We would love to make that happen. Because international shipping rates vary significantly by country, package weight, and carrier, we handle global orders on a case-by-case basis. Simply email us at info@confessionscoffee24.com with the items you are interested in and your shipping destination, and we will get back to you promptly with a shipping quote and next steps. No order is too far away.

  1.  Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@confessionscoffee24.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.

  1.  Missing or Lost Packages

 

🔍  Package Not Arrived?

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, please contact us immediately at info@confessionscoffee24.com. We will file a missing package report with the carrier and work to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible. We take every missing order personally.

 

  1.  Damaged in Transit

We pack every order carefully, but occasionally packages are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged — torn packaging, broken seals, or spilled coffee — please do the following:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents before discarding anything
  • Email the photos along with your order number to info@confessionscoffee24.com within 10 days of delivery
  • We will review your claim and ship a replacement at no charge

 

You should never have to pay for a damaged delivery. We stand behind every bag we ship.

  1.  Incorrect Shipping Address

 

✏️  Made a Typo? Contact Us Right Away

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@confessionscoffee24.com or call 470-297-9782. We can often correct address errors before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Always double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

 

  1.  Weather & Holiday Delays

We roast and ship year-round, but we cannot always control what happens once your package is in the carrier’s hands. Severe weather, natural disasters, and peak holiday shipping volume can occasionally cause transit delays beyond our estimated windows.

We recommend placing holiday orders at least 10–14 days before your target delivery date during the following peak periods:

  • Thanksgiving week (late November)
  • Christmas and New Year (December 15 – January 1)
  • Valentine’s Day (early February)
  • Mother’s Day (early May)

 

If your order is delayed due to weather or holidays, please reach out and we will track it down with you.

  1.  Our Freshness Promise

Because we roast to order, every bag that leaves our hands is at peak freshness. We use resealable, airtight packaging with one-way degassing valves to preserve the integrity of your beans during transit. For best flavor, we recommend:

  • Storing coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keeping the bag sealed between uses
  • Using whole beans within 4 weeks of roast date for optimal flavor
  • Using ground coffee within 2 weeks of opening for best results
