| ☕ Coffee Sales Are Final — But We Will Make It RightBecause coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on roasted beans or ground coffee. All coffee sales are final. That said, we never want you sitting with a bag of coffee you are unhappy with. If something is off — the wrong roast, an unexpected flavor, or a product that did not meet your expectations — reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit. Your trust matters more to us than a single transaction. |
| 📦 Received a Damaged Order?Sometimes the journey from our hands to yours gets a little rough. If your package arrived torn, crushed, or with spilled coffee inside, we want to hear about it immediately. Send us a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to info@confessionscoffee24.com within 10 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge — no arguments, no runaround. Just a fresh bag on its way to you. |
| 🔍 Package Gone Missing?If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us right away at info@confessionscoffee24.com. We will open a missing package inquiry with the carrier, do everything we can to locate your order, and if it cannot be recovered, we will resend your coffee. Fresh beans delayed are still fresh beans — we will get them to you. |
| ✏️ Made a Mistake on Your Order?We roast our coffee fresh, which means we move fast once your order comes in. If you notice an error — wrong roast, wrong grind, wrong quantity — please contact us at info@confessionscoffee24.com or call us at 470-297-9782 as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has been roasted and dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but we will always do our best to find a solution. |
| 🔄 Received the Wrong Item?If we sent you the wrong coffee — wrong roast, wrong grind, or wrong product entirely — that is completely on us and we will fix it promptly. Email us a photo of what you received along with your order confirmation to info@confessionscoffee24.com within 10 days. We will ship the correct order to you at no additional cost. |
| 🛍️ Gear, Mugs & MerchandiseNon-perishable items such as mugs, coffee accessories, and branded merchandise are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Severe weather events, holiday carrier volume, and regional disruptions can occasionally extend transit times beyond our estimates. If your order seems significantly delayed, reach out and we will track it down together. We are a small, passionate team and we take every order personally. |

It is roasted fresh after your order is placed, which is why every cup carries that depth and warmth that pre-packaged coffee simply cannot match.
